• (all versions) Changes under the hood: all data in the document are now automatically generated and inserted into the document by various scripts, hopefully reducing transcription errors by the author.
• (Cs data) References to numerical hyperfine constant values in the text now include factors of h for consistency of units. Thanks to Marlon Nakat for comments leading to this correction.
• (all versions) Fundamental constants updated to 2006 CODATA recommended values. Thanks to Greg Smith for bringing this to my attention.
• (all versions) Updated conversion factor for polarizability in text.
• (all versions) Revised Edlen formula and indices of refraction for computed air wavelengths (thanks to Windell Oskay for appropriate references).
• (all versions) Improved formulae for weighted averages implemented that better account for inconsistencies of measurements. Some uncertainties listed have increased as a result.
• (Na version) Changed ground-state polarizability to SI value listed in Ref. [40] (previously listed value was converted from the cgs value in the same reference). Thanks to Erik Streed for pointing this out.
• (Na version) Slight change to D1 vacuum wavelength value (about 2 ppm) and associated derived values. Thanks to Horst Knoeckel for pointing out that I had transcribed the wrong value from Ref. [6].
